It can make them healthier.
| Hello friends, I hope you all had a chance over the weekend to relax, recharge, and do some of the things you love. We're still trying to get used to this new world we find ourselves in, and I don't know about you—the warmer spring weather certainly helps, even just for a short time. We know so many of you are looking to us for inspiration, distraction, and practical tips, and we hope you've been getting what you need. Balance is so important right now, and we've been trying to keep that in mind with everything we're sharing with you. Maybe you're trying out a new hobby or skill (I've tapped into my 13-year-old self and learned how to make friendship bracelets!), or taking some time to clean those areas of your home you've been avoiding. Or perhaps you're spending your time nurturing your plants, both inside and outside. Whatever you're doing to stay occupied, distracted, and healthy, we've got you covered. If you haven't already, please don't hesitate to send me an email at mberliet@dotdash.com to let me know how we can help. Your feedback has been so valuable, and we appreciate it so much.
